The UTS-625 provides the ultimate in ATE flexibility. Its open-ended architecture allows users to custom configure the Autotest system to meet the needs for one or multiple applications. Housed in standard full size racks, the UTS-625 system may be expanded from a single bay to multiple bays as required. A virtually unlimited array of resources including sources, loads, and instruments may be combined to meet any need. Our modular approach ensures future requirements, reconfigurations and upgrades are handled with ease.

UTS and STS systems are based on the Autotest A100 Instrument bus which provides a GPIB interface to load and source control and monitoring along with a measurement path matrix, timer/counter/trigger and peak detector instruments, user assignable relays and drivers. Other optional resources such as programmable resistors, driver-receivers and DACs are available. For systems with multiple sources an optional Line Source Monitor (LSMon) bus is available to provide dedicated source control and measurement along with additional resources such as digital driver-receivers. Both the A100 and LSMon buses allow for custom designed instruments as required. Systems are completed with the addition of load power modules, source power assemblies, interface assemblies, 3rd-party instruments, input and output power panels and system controls.

This hardware combined with APG for Windows™ software package provides programming and operating simplicity and versatility.
