The UTS-325 provides the sophistication of a high end universal tester in a cost-effective bench top package.
UTS and STS systems are based on the Autotest A100 Instrument bus which provides a GPIB interface to load and source control and monitoring along with a measurement path matrix, timer/counter/trigger and peak detector instruments, user assignable relays and drivers. Other optional resources such as programmable resistors, driver-receivers and DACs are available. Systems may be enhanced with the addition of external load power modules, source power assemblies and 3rd-party instruments.
AUTOTEST Company’s APG for Windows™ software package provides programming and operating simplicity and versatility. This unique approach to ATE software combines the flexibility of the Microsoft Windows™ platform with the precision of Autotest’s APG (a windows interactive test program creation and diagnostics module), and the power of DART (Design and Repair Testing) real-time control and display system. The combination is designed to take full advantage of the UTS-325’s instrumentation superiority to provide the fast and user-friendly universal testing approach demanded by state-of-the-art ATE users.
