All Autotest Test Systems are offered with self test capability specifically designed for each unique system. This self test fixture coupled with a user friendly program allows for evaluation of system calibration, perform periodic adjustments, and used to diagnose any suspect failure in the system. The program can provide a self test datasheet and data log file for archiving the results. This allows our customers to track system performance. Each customer is instructed on the use of the self test fixtures and programs during training.
It has been our policy to provide service long after the system has shipped. Items requiring repair can easily be returned to Autotest through our customer service department. To setup a repair, contact Autotest Customer Service at (210) 661-8661 ext 323, email@example.com and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued along with price and lead time. The standard turnaround time for a repair is usually within 4 working days (expedited service available). Autotest offers onsite repairs at the customer’s request at our standard repair rates.
System Warranty Support
We warranty our domestic systems for a 1 year period. Within this period if a system part is damaged through no fault of the customer, all parts and labor will be free of charge.
System Extended Warranty Agreement
We offer an extended warranty that covers general maintenance, calibration services and emergency on site visits. This extended warranty is especially valuable to customers that have multiple systems at a single site. Autotest can custom tailor a warranty agreement to fit the customers’ needs.
